Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and appointments need to be adjusted, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We confirm our appointments 48 hours prior to your scheduled  time because we know it is easy to forget an appointment booked weeks or months in advance. 

Your appointment is very important to our Tarver Hill team, and we make every effort to provide the best service to all of our clients. Please understand when you forget to cancel or do not give enough notice we cannot offer your appointment time to another guest on our waiting list. This does not allow us to keep our team member’s schedule full. The service is booked for you personally, therefore a cancellation fee of 10% of the booked service will be applied to your next appointment for day of cancellations. In the event that you forget to cancel your appointment,  20%  of your booked service will be applied to your next visit.
